About Us
Tellico Plains Junior High is in the scenic town of Tellico Plains, at the gateway of the Cherohala Skyway and the Cherokee National Forest. We proudly boast about our expansive farmlands and layers of mountain ridges. Outdoor recreation is plentiful thanks to the Tellico River rolling through our town. Locals and tourists alike take advantage of the Tellico River. Hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, swimming, sight seeing and biking are just a few of the many activities our town has to offer.
TPJHS strives to offer EACH student the education they deserve. All students will be offered an education that will challenge yet promote their well being and help improve their lives. We believe that education is a continuous growth process and we'll be with them each step the way.
