New Student Registration

If you wish to enroll a student into a Monroe County School, you will need the following:

Birth certificate

TN vaccination records*

Withdrawal forms from previous school

 

*If you are transferring a student from another state, please visit the Monroe County Health Department to get vaccination records transferred. Out of state students will also need a completed physical, or an appointment card showing the date of the upcoming scheduled physical.

 

Students entering MCS will need to complete a "Home Language Survey."
